The European Molecular Biology Organization offers a range of fellowships, including the EMBO Postdoctoral Fellowship, which provides financial assistance for 2 years, along with benefits such as free leadership and laboratory management courses. Frankfurt Indian Scholar Association (FISA) is dedicated to supporting students from all disciplines with various aspects of expat life. One of the significant challenges of living away from home is missing out on festivals, which provide a sense of togetherness and belongingness. To address this issue, FISA annually organizes the Dandiya Night to celebrate Dussehra and Diwali. This event attracts large crowds, with nearly 200 to 300 participants from different age groups across Frankfurt.

I was fortunate to be part of the Indian delegation to the 68th Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting. The meeting was held in Lindau, Germany in 2018, bringing together 39 Nobel Laureates and over 600 young scientists from 84 countries. The meeting had the theme of "Physiology/Medicine" and aimed to promote dialogue between Nobel Laureates and young scientists. Participants had the opportunity to attend lectures, panel discussions, and informal exchanges between Nobel Laureates and young scientists. The meeting also featured workshops on science communication and career development.

As a member of Frankfurt Indian Scholars Association (FISA) I was part of Indian Research Scholars delegation to welcome and interact with the President of India , Shri Ram Nath Kovind ji. It was a pleasure and a great opportunity to interact and exchange ideas with the Indian Diaspora. Very thankful to Consulate General of India, Frankfurt and FISA.

During my PhD, I launched an innovative and creative approach to enhancing scientific communication among students by introducing an informal talk series called "CHALK THE TALK". This series required speakers to present their scientific data using the traditional method of chalk and board, instead of relying on digital means.
